Major Companies outsource their call volume out to Companies like Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. K & D Jones Client Services Llc has a contract with Arise Virtual Solutions to connect skilled Customer Service Professionals to these opportunities.



Can I work from any state?

We offer remote opportunities to Customer Service Professionals across the U.S.

Currently, we are not accepting Individuals from the following states: California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin.



What are the skills needed to be a successful remote customer service agent?

Does it cost to get started?

We hire Independent Contractors only. It does not cost to apply for a position or to create your agent profile (once your application is approved).  Our Clients do require each Individual agent to become certified on their program, which requires certification training. As an Independent Contractor you are responsible for your certification training cost and any equipment needed for servicing. The great thing as an Independent Contractor you are able to write off any expenses off on your taxes. 


This is an investment in being in complete control of your work, money, and hours. Much like school, being a Mary Kay or Avon representative, being a Travel Agent, or any 1099 position. 


Background check is required and is  $9.99.


Client Certification training cost can range from $19 to $ 250 depending on the Client (this is the Client fee, not K & D Jones Client Services LLC). Most training sessions are only $69

Military receive 50% off certification cost (*conditions apply. )


We offer Certification Reimbursement up to $99 for qualifying agents (conditions apply)

What is the pay rate and how do I get paid? 

Pay rate depends on the Client program.

Client programs pay range between $8.50 to $ 14.00 per hour + Bonuses.

Top performing agents make anywhere from $300 - $1200 biweekly

Direct Deposit 1st and 15th of each month



What is needed for servicing? 

Landline phone

Internet Modem (hardwired connection using an Ethernet cord from your computer to the modem)

Computer/Laptop (Windows 7, 8, and 10)

Phone with headset (AGPTEK recommended brand)

USB Headset with microphone (Logitech recommended brand)

Is there an IBO/Admin Fee?

Here at K & D Jones Client Services LLC our goal is to make your work from home experience a great one. Although you are working from home, you are not alone. We are a team!

*Arise Virtual Solutions fee is $19.75 per pay cycle

Note: Admins fees and the Arise Virtual Solutions platform fee is deducted from payroll off top and Agent receives the remainder of revenue earned. No admins fees for agents registered with our Company, but not certified on a Client program.

*No Taxes are deducted from payroll (1099 tax purposes)



How is certification training setup?

Certification is typically 4 hours per day. 9a-1p or 6p-10p. Some Clients offer additional Client times.

Certification is held in a virtual classroom with an Instructor and other students.

Certification training is unpaid

Certification training prepares Customer Service Professionals to take customer calls, policies, systems, etc.
